Organic Edinburgh-based gin, Lind & Lime, has collaborated with the fifth best cocktail bar in the UK to create a limited edition negroni bottling for Negroni Month.
The first ready-to-drink offering from Lind & Lime, the White Strawberry Negroni is a signature serve at Hey Palu, a modern Italian bar that brings an aperitivo style of drinking to Edinburgh.
The ready-to-pour cocktail combines Lind & Lime gin, strawberry vermouth and bianco bitter; producing a drink that’s sweet and bitter but, taking the same ethos as Lind & Lime, perfectly balanced.
Presented in the iconic Lind & Lime glass bottle, the 70cl Lind & Lime x Hey Palu White Strawberry Negroni is best served over ice and garnished with a fresh strawberry slice. It will be available to purchase from September 4th for £29.50 from The Leith Export Co. and Hey Palu directly, as well as various bottle shops around Scotland.

The company behind Lind & Lime, Muckle Brig, was founded by Edinburgh locals Ian Stirling and Paddy Fletcher, with the intention of restoring the rich history of distilling in the district of Leith. The team is also behind the UK’s first vertical distillery, Port of Leith, which opened in late 2023.
